@Peter you can downvote too, its not only about upvote on posts which could be a question/answer. For downvote on a question you will not lose any any reputation of yours, but for downvote on an answer you will lose 1 rep point.

One way to participate is to vote 25 time on a Win8 post. Won’t this lead to votes all over the place, even for low-quality posts? I have the feeling this happened for this post: http://superuser.com/questions/494663/windows-8-cookie-sharing-between-windows-ui-ie-and-desktop-ie (which isn’t even a question).
